Join us and ride for Spina Bifida

The SB250 is a truly memorable ride from Edinburg to San Antonio, Texas to raise funds and awareness for Spina Bifida. Throughout two grueling days, cyclist grind mile after mile in the heat of Texas.

The 2024 SB250 will take place on Friday June 28th and Saturday the 29th.

Thank you to our sponsors!

Most of us don’t know what it’s like to experience physical limitation from Spina Bifida to the point that we put limits on our lives, or how painful it is to watch our children endure the trials of living with SB, and then to helplessly spend countless hours researching the best doctors, therapist and insurance plan.

While most of us may never truly understand how it feels to live with Spina Bifida, we can still choose to do good. We can choose to help. And we can always choose to smile.

Because it’s the hard things that make us appreciate the good. We can spending two grueling days, grinding mile after mile in the heat at the SB250, and we can do it to help people affected by Spina Bifida. We can suffer the elements during Shred de Roots and remember that while we push to finish that people living with SB have to do so much more every single day. And through Suzannah Smiles, we can work hard to raise awareness and raise funds to make their lives better.

When we cross that finish line, or hand over that check, or deliver that wheelchair, we can know that we made a difference in the lives of those affected by Spina Bifida. When we join forces to help people with SB reach their potential and empower them go after the life they want, we can all choose to smile.
